About CRS
CRS Mission Statement
Our mission is to create an atmosphere of integrity, pride, dedication, and responsiveness amongst all of our employees. By
providing our staff with the right direction and positive environment, we will continually strive to make every customer
relationship positive, long term, and mutually beneficial.
Technology that works from people who care!
Cash Register Systems (CRS) was founded in1975, which happened to be the same year that IBM released the very first personal
computer, now known as a PC. A lot has happened at to the basic PC through the years and a lot has happened to CRS through
the years. While our mission statement has been altered recently along with a renewed focus on our customers, one element has
remained constant and that is integrity.
Along the up and down path of those quickly passing years, many competitors have ceased operations--some of these were high
quality businesses in a bad market environment, while some were just plain unprofessional, unethical, deceptive and deserved to
be out of business. Indeed today, the face of our competition is an often unseen or unknown website somewhere selling
something or anything for less money ¬this is the INTERNET.
The Internet is a growing and extremely valuable part of the business and information society we live in. It is a hugely valuable
resource that every reasonable forward-thinking business person should integrate into their thinking. We certainly do at CRS.
However, like many relationships born from an attractive price, the integrity of the people on the other end of the Internet
connection can only be established over time. It is always the people œ the people at the top, the people in the middle, and the
people at the bottom of any organization that ultimately determine whether or not the company can be trusted. At CRS, we believe,
if you don‘t trust us œ please don‘t spend your valuable dollars with us. Find a company you trust or perhaps 2 or 3 and once you
are comfortable with these companies and their integrity, then compare their respective products and services. Without integrity,
nothing else matter‘s-- NOTHING, not a lower price, not a longer warranty, not a larger company, not a smaller company because
it all fails in the final analysis if there is no integrity.
Our company has a total support team of ten very dedicated individuals with a combined experience of over 125 years and we are
all still selling POS systems in the same geography to many of the same customers. By itself, that says something about the
integrity of CRS and a few of its people. The programming/installation group is well served by versatile industry backgrounds and
we are proud of the fact that many of our people are singled out from the time to time by customers for their exemplary
performance - often above and beyond normal call of duty.
